Help judge student submissions on diagnosis

  • 1.  Help judge student submissions on diagnosis

    Posted 13 days ago

Thanks to a grant from the Moore Foundation, the AAMC is sponsoring a national competition to encourage medical students to think creatively about diagnosis.  Students submitted short (300 word) works on 'the art of diagnosis', competing for a $5,000 award.

The AAMC is seeking a half dozen volunteers to join me in judging the 33 submissions; volunteers would evaluate 5 – 10 submissions, and final decisions would be made at the AAMC.

If you have a few minutes to help evaluate the entries the first week in December, please respond directly to Brandy King at brandy@knowledge-linking.com.

Thanks for your consideration, and thanks to the Moore Foundation and the AAMC for helping improve diagnosis.
