I have information that may be helpful for this project but cannot access the site to submit supplemental info. It's offline today. Who should I contact? Monica? Jenae Benns? How?

Subject: AHRQ Protocol on Diagnostic Errors in the Emergency Department Available
January 08, 2021
Good Afternoon
The Evidence-based Practice Center (EPC) Program at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has posted the protocol for Diagnostic Errors in the Emergency Department. The protocol is available at: the Effective Healthcare Web site. In addition, if there is unpublished scientific information relevant to this topic, we encourage you to submit it via the Supplemental Evidence and Data for Systematic Reviews (SEADS) portal. The deadline for submissions is January 18, 2021. Materials submitted cannot be confidential; they may be made public. This is a voluntary request for information. The purpose of the review is to determine the following: (1) What are the major clinical conditions associated with diagnostic errors and misdiagnosis-related harms in the emergency department, particularly serious misdiagnosis-related harms (death or permanent disability)?; (2) How common are these diagnostic errors and any associated harms?; (3) What are the key causes for errors and harms, and are there commonalities across clinical conditions?
The protocol describes the purpose and scope of the review, the key questions, and inclusion/exclusion criteria about what types of studies will be included.
AHRQ is a government agency tasked with producing evidence to improve the quality of healthcare while working with partners to ensure that the evidence is understood and used. Below are links that provide more information on the EPC Program.
Please feel free to share these emails with any interested or relevant colleagues. Thank you in advance for your input.
Best regards,
Jenae J. Benns
