  • 1.  Pilot Error, HCP errors

    Posted 23 days ago
I recently heard on the TV that airline Pilots are acknowledging that that they have been making more mistakes/errors while flying. And some potentially dangerous.

The pilots were saying that this may be due to lack of flying occasioned by the viral pandemic. They were suggesting further training by the various airline carriers.

    This made me think.

Are there any studies that suggest that HCPs are more prone to error after a suspension of work for some reason in their medical practicing - vacation, injury, illness, etc.?

If a real thing do HCPs take precautions on recommencing medical practice again. And do they work?

    Any clues from other industries?
