    Dear All,

    Sharing our recent joint announcement with The John A. Hartford Foundation: https://www.johnahartford.org/dissemination-center/view/the-society-to-improve-diagnosis-age-friendly-seed-grant-and-age-friendly-care-fellowship.  We are expanding the DxQI Seed Grant Program and the Fellowship in Diagnostic Excellence to include an Age-Friendly Care Seed Grant and an Age-Friendly Care Fellow that each focus on improving diagnostic excellence in the older adult population.  Please share with your networks and colleagues!
