    Woohoo. ECRI has included diagnostic error and anchoring bias as one of the top 10 patient safety concerns for 2022. They have done so at least twice before, which we appreciate.

    Top 10 Patient Safety Concerns 2022

      Real cause for celebration will be when ECRI drops diagnostic errors from their top 10 list cause we’ve successfully reduced them!
